I will be posting Fitness challenges and workouts for you here! They will be workouts you can do at home with little to no equipment needed, unless you want to amp it up with some weights.
I am super excited to be at this point where I can post at home workouts! These are all workouts I have tried or ones I’ve created on my own. I have my Bachelors from Marywood University in Exercise Science focusing on Human Development and coaching, so this is were I thought I would be years ago. It may have taken longer and been a hayride to start but I have found a home for my fitness passion <3.
By no means am I a doctor or physician, before starting any workout routine I recommend talking to your doctor.
